beautiful and absolutely fantastic units with showers, comfortable beds, as for instance. marvellous and incredible location right in the heart of town, an easy walk to byzantine museum of ioannina. based so close to lots of restaurants cafe as well as the center of ioannina.

The shower was like a mini waterfall, the bed felt like a marshmallow, and the staff gave me an umbrella when it rained. Location is perfect for lazy walkers like me.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, it was just perfect.

The rooms at Lithia Boutique Hotel are amazing! They are air-conditioned and come with everything you need, like a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a shower is a plus.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the city view from the balcony. But hey, that's just me!

Stayed at Lithia for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's design and ambience were gorgeous - a perfect mix of modern and cozy. The owner's positive energy and love for the place and guests were evident throughout our stay. The location was also great, tucked away on a quiet street by the lake but still within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend for families and couples visiting.
